New ICANN Rules !
ICANN the international Hostmaster has decided that owners of .com / .net / .org domains can have them delegated to another domain registrar, while the current hosting company will be unable to stop the process.
This has aparently been decided as a precaution for those who wish to move from one host who does not respond to requests to another... which is good news !
However. There is one problem with this solution though. We, as domain registrar only have 5 days to respond "No, thank you" on a customers behalf, in the case of a "domain thief" who are trying to claim domains.
Many may remember episodes with Domain Registry of America (DRoA), who are sending false invoices and threats to domain-holders about their domains expiring. On these, one acknowledge the transfer of a domain by paying the invoice, where we previously have been able to stop the transfer untill recieving an "OK" or "No, thank you" from the customer.
With this method we have previously been able to protect our customers against a "domain thief".
According to the new arrangement from ICANN we only have 5 days to get an accept, where it previously could be done by not responding to the request from for example "DRoA", resulting in the transfer being stopped.
We have therefore decided that we will deny the transfer unless we have recieved an "OK" from the owner of the domain before we recieve the request. The customer will then have to initiate the transfer once again, after we have contacted them, if we have not heard from them in the meantime.
You can read more about ICANN's new policies at the following URL:

We hope that you as our customer finds this protection of your domains safe and acceptable.
